Divisibility Rules

2. the last digit has to be 8,6,4,2, or  0.
3. the sum of the digits has to be multiple of 3
4. the last two digits have to be multiples of 4
5. the last digit has to end in either 5 or 0
6. the number has to be divisible by both 2 and 3
9. the sum of the digits have to be multiple of 9
